Bramble now offers three distinct seat types for users that will be used for billing purposes:

Seat Types

  • Full – Assigned to all customer users and billed per seat.

  • Partner – Assigned to users from a third-party reseller or implementation partner of Bramble, and are non-billable.

  • Vendor – Assigned to all users from Bramble and are non-billable.

How Seat Types Are Assigned

Seat types are assigned automatically upon user creation. Bramble determines the appropriate seat type based on the user’s email mail server and domain.

Where This Appears In Bramble

In the People table under Settings, there is now an additional column called 'Seat Type' displaying what set type of the above 3 has been applied to each user:

Who Can Configure Seat Types?

Seat types are configured exclusively by Bramble in the backend and cannot be modified by customers.
