Time invested into Supporting Tasks can be collected via two methods:
Data feeds from HR/Payroll/Scheduling systems
Manually entered via 'Check-In' in Bramble
By collecting Supporting Tasks, we are able to gain an understanding of the utilization of an individual, team or department
Utilization is the proportion of the total time at work spent producing Production Tasks.
