Process Chains allow you to group your Processes in a logical manner Cost-to-serve reporting and Executive dashboards benefit greatly from the ability to segment performance metrics by Processes and clusters of processes (Process Chains).

This process of loading Process Chains should be completed by a Bramble Owner, preferably with detailed knowledge of the relevant process flow.

Prior to loading Process Chains into Bramble, we recommend that the Owner obtains sign-off/feedback from the in-scope Managers or Process Owners.

To setup a Process Chain:

  1. Log in to Bramble and navigate to the "Process" page under Settings in the side-bar menu

  2. Click on "Create Chain" to create a new Process Chain

  3. Give the Process Chain a name and a description

  4. Click "Add Chain"

  5. To edit an existing chain, hover over the desired Process Chain and select "Edit"

  6. To archive an existing chain, hover over the desired Process Chain and select "Archive"
