Owners are responsible for creating and maintaining Processes in Bramble.
Processes group your Production Tasks in a logical manner allowing for deeper reporting and metrics. Establishment of Processes in Bramble unlocks the Process and cost-to-serve reporting provided by Bramble.
To create a Process in Bramble, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Processes" section via Settings > Process
Click on the "Create Process" button
Enter a name for the Process, and a brief description
Link the Process to the relevant Process Chain
Determine the Key (Production) Task in the process
Save the Process by clicking "Add"
