Happy New Year! 🎉 We’ve kicked off 2025 with some exciting updates designed to make Bramble more insightful, efficient, and easy to use. Here’s what’s new:

🔎 Sharper Insights in Contact Center Reports

We’ve added new filters to Contact Center reports, making it easier to slice and dice your data just the way you need. You'll now be able to filter the Contact Center reports by the following:

🚀 Introducing the Admin Hub!

Bramble Admins now have a dedicated space! The new Admin Hub provides real-time updates and actionable insights on user engagement, process setup, and compliance — helping admins stay on top of key tasks.

✅ Deeper Insights with the Production Task Profile Page

Need to track a task in detail? The new Production Task Profile Page gives a full breakdown, including task ownership, Ideal Task Time history, changelog, and volume metrics by team and user.

🔄 Seamless Leave Data Integration

We’ve introduced a new API endpoint that allows for a direct data feed of leave information into Team Member plans — making workforce planning smoother than ever.

📈 New Metric: Conversation Handle Efficiency (CHE)

Contact Center teams, this one’s for you! Our new Conversation Handle Efficiency (CHE) metric helps analyze team performance down to specific call queues, providing deeper insights into productivity.

🎯 Performance Overview Just Got Even Better

We’ve added Planned Daily Output per FTE to the Performance Overview report, giving you clearer visibility into expected productivity levels.

✨ More Polish on User Profiles

We’ve made some aesthetic improvements to User Profiles, ensuring a cleaner and more visually refined experience.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and always appreciate your feedback! Have questions or ideas? Let us know—we’re building Bramble to work even better for you. 🚀
