The Dashboard is designed to allow you to obtain a broad snapshot of performance across a range of operational metrics.

The Dashboard can be run over any date-range and can be filtered to specific departments, teams or groups of teams via the filters in the top-right of screen:

Each element in the Dashboard links-off to the appropriate reporting module/screen to allow you to dive-deeper into a specific facet of performance at the click of a mouse.

The Dashboard serves as a 'launchpad' for diving into detailed reports within Bramble. Its purpose is to give you a high-level overview of performance across various metrics, enabling you to quickly identify areas that may need deeper analysis and seamlessly navigate to more detailed insights in Bramble.

The Dashboard can be accessed via the side-bar by navigating to 'Reports' and then selecting 'Dashboard' from the drop-down list.

The metrics displayed in the Dashboard are:

Each of the elements listed above are hyper-linked to a more detailed view.

For instance, if you wish to dig-deeper into the Unit Cost, simply click on the Unit Cost metric presented in the top-left of the chart element to navigate to the Process - Overview report.

Interpreting the trended elements

The screenshot below illustrates 3 different ways trended metrics are reported on:

  1. The figure in the top-right of the element displays the average for that metric over the selected date-range

  2. The pop-up informing of the performance of a metric of a specific day in the selected date-range will appear if you hover over a specific date in the chart

  3. The variance percentage in the top-right of the element represents how the selected date-range performance compares to the previous corresponding date-range (i.e. Q3 v Q2 or February v January)
