The Process module in Bramble provides comprehensive reporting on the 'As-Is' Processes while also identifying and quantifying Continuous Improvement opportunities within the current process.
The Unit Cost metric within the Process module is used to determine how much Process Chains, Processes and Production Tasks cost the organization based on:
Fully-Loaded rates,
the Yield of in-scope groups/individuals and,
the touches required to take a process from inception to completion.
The Continuous Improvement reporting provides a breakdown by improvement category of the impact on the Unit Cost and Process Cost. A perfect starting-point for the next time you're prioritizing improvement initiatives.
As with all modules in Bramble, the reports can by cut by a range of criteria over any time period.
