In this case, you can quickly score the person's skill by using the quick-score feature of the team skill matrix.
The Required skills, set by the owner, will automatically appear in the matrix, ensuring that you always have a clear picture of the skills your organization needs. The Suggested skills, set by team leaders, will also appear in the matrix, giving you the option to see a broader picture of the skills that are important to your team.
