As a way of establishing the baseline skillsets your organization or teams needs, Bramble allows owners to mark skills as Required. This feature provides a way for owners to set the skills that are crucial for the success of their teams or organization, and ensures that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the required competencies.

Setting Required Skills

Owners can mark skills as Required for a specific team, or for all teams in the organization. These Required skills will then automatically appear in the team skill matrices, making it easier for everyone to keep track of their progress.

Encouraging Profile Completion

Bramble encourages everyone to complete their skill profile by scoring themselves on each Required skill. This allows individuals to showcase their strengths and identify areas where they need to improve.

In the team skill matrix and in profiles, "Incomplete" entries mean that either the person's profile is not complete, or they have not scored themselves on the particular Required skill. Keeping track of these "Incomplete" entries helps team leaders and owners to identify any skills gaps and take action to fill them.

Required skills provide a valuable tool for owners to set the foundation of skills that their teams and organization require. By encouraging profile completion and keeping track of "Incomplete" entries, Bramble helps organizations and teams to stay on top of their competencies and achieve their goals.
