Creating a Workflow for a system you want to integrate with requires Bramble engineering involvement.
Once you have requested a workflow, a ticket is created for the Bramble Engineering team. The team will then work on creating a connector that matches the system data extract you/your company can provide to Bramble.
This step requires no action from you so long as an example system extract is provided to Bramble, with clear directions on the columns to map to users, date and tasks/types.
Once the Workflow Connector has been created, you will then be able to test the upload process by following the steps outlined here. Finally, assuming the upload worked as you expected, you can commence the configuration of system tasks and users to Bramble tasks and users.
