The Dashboard provides an overview of performance across a range of Operational Metrics. Here, a Manager or Executive can quickly view current performance, trended performance and the variance from Target (where applicable).
Operations can improve through only 3 broad pathways:
Process/system performance,
People performance
Better alignment of workload against resources.
Unit Cost, Daily Output per FTE and Cost per Hour of Output provide key reads on these pathways.
It also covers metrics on mood, friction, and traditional operations metrics such as FTE, backlog, and tenure.
The dashboard can be run over any time period and can be customized based on groups within an organizational chart. By clicking on specific metrics, senior leaders and executives can access deeper reporting for more context.
