Non-call Output is a metric limited to Contact Center reporting in Bramble. It provides you with the total hours of output completed by a department, team or agent that does not initiate from a inbound conversation or an outbound conversation with a customer.

This metric is found on the Contact Center Overview report, and is used by contact center leaders who have a hybrid workforce, or when trying to reduce idle time.
