As a leader, it's important to stay on top of your team's progress and performance. The best way to do this is by monitoring and supporting your team through the check-in process. Bramble provides a check-in approval page, where you can review, approve, or reject check-in submissions made by your team. For more information on check-ins, please visit The Check-In screen | Bramble Help Center (brmbl.io)

Only once you have approved submissions will they be included in reports, which provide valuable insight into your team's performance. For more information on the performance module, please visit The Performance module | Bramble Help Center (brmbl.io)

Getting Started

Here's how you can get started with the check-in approval page:

  1. Navigate to the "Check-Ins" section.

  2. Go to the "Awaiting Approval" tab to see a list of all check-in submissions made by your team.

  3. Review the submissions to get an overview of each employee's check-in, including the employee's name, date, and brief description.

  4. Approve or reject submissions by clicking on the "Approve" or "Reject" button.

  5. Approved submissions will move to the "Approved" Status tab and Rejected submissions will move to the "Needs Attention" status tab.

  6. If you have a large number of submissions to review, you can use the filtering options to narrow down the list by date, team, or employee name.

Below is a heatmap to illustrate the range of contribution percentage outcomes based on output and available hours, from desirable (green) to undesirable (red)

Missing Check-Ins

In order to keep a track of potential check-ins which have been missed, a new section called Missing Check-ins has been added to the menu along with other check-in statuses (Awaiting Approval, Needs Attention, In Progress, Approved, All). It lists missing check-ins for the past week, which are essentially checkins that have no data at all for that day.

Check-ins will continue to be shown as missing for a week, and if no action has been taken on it, it will simply "drop off" the list. If it needs to be completed, then one can go into the check-in from this section as well by clicking 'Check-in' at the end of the row.

Reminder

Only check-ins that have been approved will light up all the reports and provide information such as daily output, contribution, utilization, yield etc. Check-ins which are in the "In progress", "Rejected (Needs Attention), Missing or have been deleted will not be reflected in the reports.
