The Resources module in Bramble provides historical information on the number of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees and how they were utilized. It also provides insight into leave and overtime.

The Resources report also provides a Spans of Control metric (the ratio of Individual Contributors to Managers), a snapshot of tenure, while the FTE funnel provides visual representation of how Total FTE have ben utilized to impact work output.

As with other Bramble modules, the Resources reporting allows users to filter the data by various criteria.
